Mai-Han joined Lincoln in 1995 when the organization in the Pacific Northwest was Lincoln Cascades, Inc., and lead by Daniel E. Fenker, CLU, ChFC, for 18 years. Her focus on Marketing began in 2001, specializing in Personal Introductions and the incorporation of key branding tools aligned with LFA/Sagemark’s Fee-Based Cycle of Operations. Based in Portland, OR, she works with financial planners across the country to help them implement and enhance the Personal Introductions Process into their practice.
I help financial professionals identify gaps in their financial planning practices, and connect them to tools and resources to improve their ability to enrich the lives of their clients. I am dedicated to:
• Coaching financial professionals to work on their business, instead of in their business, helping them position their value proposition in a way that sets them apart in the marketplace.
• Connecting them with resources that align with their value proposition and positions them in the best light possible with their clients, prospects and centers of influence.
• Serving as their accountability partner to help them implement their action plans.
